Terms of Service
[ THE PROCESS ]-Once a commission request has been approved, I will send an invoice through PayPal. I advise you to look at it and confirm that it is correct. As soon as the invoice has been paid, I will start on the commission as soon as possible. Payment is upfront.
-The goal for completion of a single commission is approximately one month (30 days) after payment has been received, but this is NOT guaranteed.
-Updates may be requested at any time, though I do request at least three (3) days between those requests. This is not my main source of income and my time for art may occasionally be limited. If you have a deadline, please mention this beforehand and I will work with you to the best of my ability.
-After completion of the sketch, revisions may be made a total of three (3) times and no more. After the sketch has been approved by the commissioning party, no revisions may be made, and they will accept the final as is.
-I start on a 4000x4000px canvas and downsize to fit the image. Any specific final resolutions will need to be requested at time of sketch.
-Finished work will be emailed to the commissioner unless otherwise requested.[ REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS ]-Full refunds are allowed only before the start of the product or if I find myself unable to complete the commission for any reason. If a refund is requested during the sketch process, 75% of the total price will be refunded. No refunds will be issued nearing completion of a finished piece.[ CONTENT WILL & WILL NOTS ]-I do not tolerate any commission requests involving racism, pedophilia, zoophilia/bestiality, homophobia, transphobia, etc., or anything otherwise offensive – or that I personally find offensive. Requests of this nature will result in an automatic blacklist from requesting commissions.
-I do take NSFW commissions, but clients MUST be 18+. I am fetish friendly, though explicit commissions will always need to be discussed before I approve the commission.
-If I am uncomfortable with something, or am uncertain in my knowledge/skill level, I may deny the request; but, I am generally open to most things![ USAGE RIGHTS ]-Commissions are for personal use ONLY. Physical items may be made by the buyer for themselves (ie. prints, keychains, etc.), but may not sell commercially.
-Commissions may not be in any way made into or sold as non fungible tokens or be associated with non fungible tokens in any way.
-Work may be reposted on personal accounts if work is credited back to me at @MedevacArt on Twitter using the watermarked version of the finished product.
